The Effects of Anger and Stress
Anger and stress management are similar, partially because of their similarities, anger and stress, they both have a psychological components which result in the following situation:

Perception Affects Anger and Stress
Certain events often trigger anger or stress in many people, but the degree of anger or stress that is experienced has to do with how a person perceptions and interpretations of what happen at that point in time, e.g. two people can be cut off in traffic, one might interpret the gesture as a lack of respect, a threat to physical safety or a hostile gesture, and get angry while another may figure that the offending driver may not have seen him or her, or might be wrapped up in their own thoughts, and let the event roll off their back. In both cases, there was a stimulus, a belief, and a response; the belief, or interpretation, of the stimulus is what led to the different responses. which is anger that led to stress.

It is very easy like human in such circumstance to feel like you are the only one in the whole world who is struggling, who is frustrated or even unsatisfied or barely getting by, but the feeling is a lie, you can beth! And if you jsut hold on, just find courage to face it all, for another day, someone or something will find you and make it okay. This is a little i learnt about life. Because we all need a little help sometimes, someone to listen to us, to remind us that life in its lowest esteem can not and will never be the same. Basically, somehow, somewhere, there must be someone out there who will in a way want to listen to you, and could be the turn around of the whole episode of your discourage.

Have you ever wondered what makes your time here on earth? If one can really make an impact in the world? Alternatively, if the choice we make matter for our routine? You know sometimes in order to move forward, you need to move backward which is not all the time. Even one minute can change everything in your life. What if you have to go back to change one thing in order to succeed, would you? It sound unfriendly, isn't it?
Please find out that Courage is a hard thing to figure out and not also easy to get. You can get courage based on dumb idea or mistake made by you sometimes in life. Courage is very tricky. Should you always do what people tell you to do? Sometimes you may not even know why you are doing something. Anybody can can have COURAGE which is the only gear that can move you to the next level or the level of change that you so desire to grab. Please take your time and ponder over this little piece of info.
